French Connection

Astonvilla is a French rock band named after an English soccer club.

You’re probably wondering how I know this.

Well, I was listening to a podcast of Crap from the Past in which 99.99% of all the songs had no English lyrics.  The last song on the podcast struck me, as something familiar even though I had never heard it before.  A peek at the playlist told me the band’s name was Astonvilla, and “Si le anges” was the song.

Have a listen via the link below, and see if it reminds you of Live and other post-grunge 90s bands.

I started out as a child, then things kind of grew from there.  I spend way too much time around computers and radios, but I do like to take a break once in a while.  I'm not a real doctor, but I played one on the radio in college. A bit later on, I wrote an article that was published in COMPUTE!'s Gazette (Commodore 64/128 magazine). I also think digital watches are a pretty neat idea.

Have something to say?
