Do you recognize this orange vinyl?

Alan Cross posted this video of a girl “discovering” an LP for the first time. Regardless of how real or fake the video is, I’m still trying to figure out what LP she’s holding in her hands.  I’m pretty sure it’s not a 12-inch single of R.E.M.’s “Orange Crush” (although, that would be something R.E.M. might have done in the late 1980s).  My friends on Facebook are, so far, stumped.  I can’t make out the writing on the center label.  If you think you know what this record is, please post in the comments.
