The Madness of Muse

“Madness” by Muse is the number one song on Billboard’s Alternative Chart for February 9, 2013.  It seems like I’ve been listening to this song forever.  Just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy, I checked the release date of the song on Wikipedia.

August 20, 2012.

Yes, I’ve been hearing this song since the summer of last year.

In some circles, that could be considered “forever.”

  1. Remember the revived RXP playing it. Songs take a long time to chart, and even longer for regular listeners to notice. If it is not totally fried to a blackened crisp for the on air staff (when radio stations had staff), an average listener would not even recognize it!

Listen to http://www.intenselymodern.com, now commercial free via Radionomy! And download the app. Who needs radio anyway?

    1. I think you’ve hit on something. I’m not an average listener ;-) I do find myself streaming audio, when I am able to do so, and I have a number of apps on my iPod touch. I’ll give yours a try.

Have something to say?
