East End Shenanigans

There are a couple of changes to the Long Island Radio Dial, both on the east end.
90.7 WEGB (Napeague) is on the air. Via Sag Harbor Express:
[...] as of October 6 of this year [2011], three years since the church received its radio construction permit from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CBC has been broadcasting Christian programming on 90.7 and 93.3 WEGB from a newly built studio in the basement offices of the church, right on Noyac Road.
94.9 WJJF (Montauk) will be hitting the airwaves very soon. Via The Day:
The new FM 94.9 frequency was acquired from the Federal Communications Commission in June, [John] Fuller said. The 6,000-watt station, whose shows will emanate from the company’s Ledyard studios, is using a tower in Long Island to transmit within a 40-mile radius in eastern Connecticut, he added.
WJJF will have a news/talk format. Now, you would think that being in Montauk, WJJF will serve the east end. Not so, it will actually be serving New London, CT, much like WELJ did when it had a talk format.
What will the seagulls be listening to?
